29-year-old arrested on suspicion of starting blaze that turned into deadly Palisades Fire

A 29-year-old man is accused of igniting a fire on Jan. 1 in the Pacific Palisades that ultimately erupted into the Palisades Fire, which caused widespread destruction in Los Angeles County and killed a dozen people.
