79-year-old dead, 3 missing after boat carrying family sinks in SF Bay during memorial service

A 79-year-old man died, and three people are still missing after 16 others were rescued from the waters in the San Francisco Bay when a boat sank while carrying mostly family members as part of a memorial service, authorities said.
