It is believed to be the largest data leak case in October, where a ‘threat actor’ known as X, previously from Twitter, was discovered advertising a database on the breached forum on the dark web. The database contains records of 815 million Indian citizens, including Aadhaar and passport information, as well as names, phone numbers, and addresses.
