4 injured across multiple random shootings in Austin, Texas, 3 suspects in custody, police say

Austin Mayor Kirk Watson said four people have been injured across multiple shootings over the weekend. A shelter-in-place order was initiated for south Austin, but was lifted Sunday afternoon, officials say.
