It is doubtful if there is any other Indian superstar who leads as private a life as Tamil actor Ajith Kumar. Not just him; even his wife and renowned yesteryear actor Shalini prefers to maintain a low profile, valuing privacy and personal space, avoiding publicising these aspects of their lives.
The only glimpses of Ajith’s personal time that his fans receive are when commoners spot him in public places during his travel ventures and share snaps of or with him on social media. Now, videos have surfaced online suggesting that “Thala” is currently enjoying some personal time with his wife Shalini in Dubai, and the two were spotted on a yacht ride.
In one video, fans can be heard excitedly shouting “Thala” at a yacht and although Ajith’s face isn’t clearly visible, a man resembling him waves in response to the cheers.
While another video shows Ajith getting into a car with Shalini, in a separate clip, he can be seen boarding a passenger cart near a yacht, wearing the same white shirt as in the first video.

This isn’t the first time Ajith and Shalini have been seen in Dubai. Last year, Ajith was photographed in the city at least twice. In September 2023, he was spotted with Malayalam actor Mohanlal in Dubai, reportedly visiting the latter at his Burj Khalifa apartment. Earlier in March, Shalini shared a picture on social media showing her and Ajith enjoying quality time in Dubai, again on a yacht.
Ajith is currently gearing up for the release of Magizh Thirumeni’s action thriller Vidaa Muyarchi, in which he shares the screen with his Mankatha co-stars Arjun Sarja and Trisha Krishnan.
