British citizen discovered residing in Polish airport for three weeks, repeatedly asking for money from travelers, echoing events from Tom Hanks movie “The Terminal”

A British man has been ruffling feathers in Poland after living in an airport and bothering travelers for the past three weeks. Known only as Prince N, he has repeatedly caused issues by being aggressive and rude to passengers at Katowice Airport. The situation is reminiscent of the 2004 film The Terminal, which was inspired by the real-life story of Iranian Mehran Karimi Nasseri, who lived in a Paris airport terminal for 18 years. The British man initially flew from Leeds Bradford airport to Poland but never caught the connecting flight to Abu Dhabi. There have been many complaints about his behavior, including asking for food despite the apparent ability to pay for himself. The man has refused to leave, despite being detained and questioned 14 times by Polish police. Complaints have been made by local travelers and airport workers about his confrontational nature. According to an airport spokesperson, the man has been aggressive towards staff and other travelers, and even after efforts were made to help him leave, he refused to accept assistance. His actions seem to match the behavior of Mehran Karimi Nasseri, who lived in an airport for many years.
