Dozens of robbery suspects fire shots, ransack San Ramon jewelry store

Cellphone video shows armed robbery suspects running to try and get away after ransacking Heller Jewelers at the City Center Bishop Ranch in San Ramon. This is the second time the store was targeted in two years.
