Officials from the Enforcement Directorate (ED) are currently carrying out searches at the residences of relatives of BRS leader and MLC K Kavitha in Hyderabad. Kavitha has already been apprehended and held by the ED for her alleged involvement in the Delhi Liquor Scam.
This morning, a team of ED officials arrived in Hyderabad to conduct searches at the home of Kavitha’s husband Anil’s sister, Akhila, in Madhapur. The officials are interrogating the detained BRS leader’s family members to obtain information regarding the properties owned by the families and the wealth accumulated by Kavitha over the past five years.
