Fairfield teen speaks as new video shows violent arrest, family plans lawsuit

Sixteen-year-old Maurice Williams says he is now afraid to go outside, no longer drives and has considered cutting off his dreadlocks as his family plans to file a lawsuit after his violent arrest during an on-campus fight.
