Malaika Arora and Arjun Kapoor have been in a relationship for a few years now and are frequently asked about their plans for marriage. During a recent episode of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, Farah Khan questioned Malaika about her marriage plans and Malaika avoided giving a definite answer.
In the promo for the upcoming episode of Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 11, Farah is seen asking Malaika, “In 2024, will you transition from being a single parent cum actress to a double parent cum actress?”. Malaika was confused by the question and asked, “Should I have someone sit on my lap again?”. When the audience laughed at Malaika’s response, host Gauahar Khan intervened and explained, “This means, are you going to get married?”.
Malaika then paused and replied, “I will get married 100 percent if there is someone.” Reacting to her answer, Farah counter questioned her, “Koi bhi puchega toh kar loge? (anyone asking you to marry will work?),” to which Malaika sheepishly said, “Once bitten, twice very shy.”
Malaika’s ex-husband, actor and producer Arbaaz Khan recently married celebrity makeup artist Sshura Khan. Malaika and Arbaaz got married in 1998 and divorced in 2017. They co-parent their son Arhaan.
