Tollywood star Venkatesh and his family members, including Rana, Abhiram, and brother Daggubati Suresh Babu, have been instructed by the Nampally court to file a case against them. This decision follows a complaint made by an individual named Nandakumar. Nandakumar alleged that the Deccan Kitchen Hotel was demolished in defiance of court orders. He claimed that the building, which was valued at crores of rupees, was razed and the furniture was removed.
As per the complaint, the hotel was unlawfully demolished despite court orders. GHMC officials accused Venkatesh, Suresh Babu, Rana, and Abhiram of colluding with the police in this instance. They alleged that 60 private bouncers were hired and the hotel suffered a loss of Rs 20 crores. Nandakumar has requested the court to take legal action against the perpetrators. In response, the Nampally court has ordered the filing of cases against Venkatesh and his family members.
