ISRAEL’S President, Isaac Herzog, has called for the pro-Palestine march scheduled on Remembrance Day to be banned. In an interview with Piers Morgan Uncensored, Herzog described the planned protest in London as “atrocious and hypocritical”. He urged “all decent human beings to object to the march and ban it”. The President also rejected Hollywood star Angelina Jolie’s accusations of Israel bombing innocent civilians in Gaza, stating that it hinders Israel’s ability to defend themselves. Additionally, Herzog discussed his father’s involvement in World War II, where he helped liberate Bergen-Belsen concentration camp and capture Heinrich Himmler. The President emphasized the need to confront the “empire of evil from Tehran” and various extremist groups. The interview also touched on recent terror attacks and anti-Semitic incidents worldwide. Herzog condemned the chants of “Gas the Jews!” and other hate speech, emphasizing the urgency to stand against evil and protect humanity. Lastly, he expressed his objection to the pro-Palestinian march coinciding with Armistice Day, stating that it is “atrocious and hypocritical” and goes against the symbol of victory and doing good.
