List of Winners at the 96th Academy Awards

Los Angeles: The 96th Oscars were dominated by the R-rated biographical drama “Oppenheimer”, which won seven awards out of 13 nominations, including the top honors of best picture and best director for Christopher Nolan, his first win in that category. The night was also a series of firsts for other members of the “Oppenheimer” team, with Cillian Murphy winning best actor, Robert Downey Jr. winning best supporting actor, Hoyte van Hoytema winning best cinematography, and Jennifer Lame winning best film editing.
Emma Stone took home the Academy Award for best actress for her role in “Poor Things”, beating out frontrunner Lily Gladstone for “Killers of the Flower Moon”. This marks Stone’s second best actress Oscar, following her win for “La La Land” in 2017.
