Top BJP leaders recently had meetings with Chandrababu Naidu and Pawan Kalyan in Andhra Pradesh to discuss seat allocation for the upcoming elections. Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, BJP national vice-president Baijayant Panda, and JSP president Pawan Kalyan visited TDP national president N Chandrababu Naidu at his residence in Undavalli. Other members from TDP and JSP were also present at the meeting.
The three parties had previously announced their intention to determine the seat distribution among them. Prior to meeting with Naidu, Shekhawat and Panda held discussions with Pawan Kalyan. Sources suggest that the BJP is likely to receive six Lok Sabha seats and six Assembly constituencies in the alliance. TDP has specific preferences for Parliament seats, while JSP is focusing on certain Assembly seats.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to address the ‘Pradhan Mantri Su-Raj’ program virtually for all 26 districts of Andhra Pradesh. He will interact with individuals benefitting from various Central Government programs during this event. While there were speculations about the Prime Minister’s participation in a TDP-JSP rally on March 17, this information has not been officially confirmed.
