Christine Brown’s husband, David Woolley, appeared on Sister Wives: 1-on-1 for the first time during part 4 of the tell-all and he supported his wife throughout. David responded to Kody Brown’s claim that Christine, 51, was “Machiavellian” during their marriage. Kody had stated that he saw her as cunning and acting in bad faith before their 2021 split. David disagreed with Kody’s perception of Christine. He expressed that Kody was wrong about her being backstabbing and conniving, and said that she is actually a good person. David also noted that he didn’t see Christine the same way that Kody did and mentioned that he can read people well. David spoke positively about Christine and shared that he felt she was misunderstood by Kody. He also mentioned that her strong bond with him calls for him to defend her against Kody’s accusations.
Christine was happy in her new relationship with David following her divorce from Kody. David invited his daughter to look at her dating profile, but she initially thought he was being catfished. They realized that they shared similar values and soon formed a deep connection.
During the tell-all, Kody revealed why he couldn’t forgive Christine, stating that a scene where she voiced frustrations about their marriage made him feel she was setting their kids against him. Despite their differences, Kody admitted that Christine was not to blame for the unraveling of their family. The tell-all also revealed that Robyn Brown is conflicted about being in a monogamous relationship with Kody following the end of their plural marriage family.
