SF to inspect for hazards at Golden Gate Park after 5 cars crushed by large tree

A 100-foot tall, 80-year-old eucalyptus was fully uprooted and fell onto five vehicles at San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park on Monday. Now, city officials will be inspecting the park’s nearly 27,000 trees to identify immediate hazards in the coming days.
