Fans can participate in various activities to honor Mario, from playing classic games on Nintendo Switch Online to exploring discounts on Mario-themed games. To kick off the celebration, Nintendo is offering a 14-day free trial membership for Nintendo Switch Online until March 17. Players can challenge friends and family to classic games like Super Mario Bros. and Super Mario World. Additionally, discounts are available on games like Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and MARIO + RABBIDS SPARKS OF HOPE, with select retailers offering $20 off select titles. Also, those who purchase a Nintendo Switch system from select retailers will receive a $25 retailer gift card (available while supplies last).
Fans can enter two My Nintendo sweepstakes for a chance to win LEGO Super Mario sets and a Princess Peach-inspired outfit. In addition, there are various events happening on MAR10 Day, including a Mario Kart 8 Deluxe tournament and in-store demos at GameStop. Fans can also watch The Super Mario Bros.
